Educational
Support Program
This program is designed to help Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary students from low-income families get the support they need to stay in school and succeed.
OCF helps to reduce the financial burden of education, improves academic performance with the right tools and mentorship and gives students a chance to complete their education and pursue their dreams.
Our focus include:
- Partial or full school fees support (based on availability)
- Provision of school supplies – books, uniforms, writing materials
- Mentorship and academic guidance to help students stay motivated
Who can apply?
Students (or their parents/guardians) from underserved backgrounds, especially in rural or low income areas.
Vocational &
Empowerment Program
This program equips youths and adults with practical skills they can use to start a business, earn an income, and become self-reliant.
OCF helps to gain hands-on experience in a marketable skill, learn how to start and manage a small business, and increase income potential and reduce dependency
Our focus include:
1. Free or subsidized training in various skills such as:
- Tailoring & Fashion Design
- Hairdressing
- Catering & Baking
- ICT (Computer Literacy, Digital Skills)
2. Basic materials and training kits
